Hello and welcome…..my goal is to create a site for sharing ideas, spirituality, humour and general discussions on life. In doing so, I hope we all discover again, the joy hidden in our everyday lives. Should you ever wish to discuss, get ideas or share your opinions on any of the topics in my blog, please feel free to write. I’d love to hear from you. My working life has included: Counselling on Pregnancy and Parenting, working in the School system, in the Hospital system, with the Dying, with Communication Disorders, in Retail. I am also a member of a local mediation group.

I love this concept of ‘mindfulness’– I have been practicing it for some time now in all that I do– watering the garden, creating art, writing, but also in common activities like talking and riding the bus. LOL, don’t worry. If you would like to know how to get the badge pic you can right click your mouse and copy the image URL. When you open a new post to write you can click on upload image/media and there’s an option where you can upload an image from a URL. Insert it into your blog post and it should work I think.

Hi Adriana, I did look and it does sound wonderful. I have a few commitments that weekend, including a function in my home the next day. So it may not happen but it’s still in the mix.
